Wonderful!

Now that no one reads my journal, I can write exactly what I want.  No one thinking I'm targeting them and storming out of my life in a huff.  Generally, when I target, I make sure there's a bull'seye first.  Also, if I have an issue with a friend, I'm more than likely to take it up with them personally, rather than passive-aggression.

You weren't intruding. If you'd hacked into a filtered post, then I might be scared.

I have a hate/hate relationship with chatroom acronyms, like "LOL". Emoticons are right up there with chatroom acronyms.

That should be taken separately from "huh?", which was intended as a neutral not understanding of "Love means never having to say 'kiss my ass'". I might need to jumpstart my brain.

You met me in a chatroom. And since one can't see facial expression or body language in this medium, I use whatever tools work. If my methods annoy you, you might want to reevaluate having me on your Flist. Though, it is true that just because I'm there doesn't mean you have me n your Default View or that you read what I write.

"...if I have an issue with a friend, I'm more than likely to take it up with them personally, rather than passive-aggression." could be translated to "If you are important to me, I will talk to you about what bothers me, not play head games." and, alternatively, "if you matter, I won't set you up for an argument."

So, caring (love) means you will play honestly (never saying "kiss my ass" because conflict has been resolved in an adult manner).

I remember having met you on OKCupid, and using the chat client a few times. Emoticons and chatroom acronyms don't work for me. I've seen people use them to be passive-aggressive or "snarky" one too many times. People have been using writing to convey meaning for centuries. It's what works for me.

Lately, I haven't been reading much of what anyone writes, nor have I made any filtered posts that exclude you. I haven't been using OKC much for about a year, maybe longer.

Thanks for clarifying what you wrote.
